Any and all supply runners, and anyone interested in joining the supply running team: Please contact me, whether or not you are able to go at the current point in time. We haven't been able to have a steady supply run in quite some time due to recent events, but there is no reason why this cannot be reversed at the current point in time.

Although I will be managing the team, until I can manage to get a prosthetic arm, Professor Layton will be leading the physical part of the actual supply run.

I would like to voice some concerns about the current situation with Walter. Namely, the fact that he will be restrained like a regular criminal.

Due to the events we have seen in the past few days, he is far from a regular criminal. And yet, people insist in keeping him under maximum security. There is no doubt in my mind that it would be extraordinarily simple for Walter to remove himself from such a location if he so desired.

A far more favorable option would be to exile him to a selected area of town, and prepare a method of defense in the event that he arrives here.

Walter has trusted a resident named Chris Redfield with a specific sword. The sword in question has successfully managed to restrain Walter completely for a period of time until another individual removed it. I suggest this sword be used to restrain Kirie. The location of the sword should be given to Sonic; in the event that Walter resumes production on his sacraments, the sword can easily be picked up and thrust into Walter more quickly than he can manage to injure an individual.

Keeping Walter captive, however, will not only upset a certain amount of individuals that wish to visit him, but endanger the lives of anyone in his general area in the event that he manages to act up.

Although it is not formally my position to discuss these matters, I would like to request that he be exiled to stay at the very outskirts of the city, keeping his communicator and being allowed to be visited by other individuals if the need arises.
